Brian In is a management partner who leads the international taxation team at Yehsung.
He previously worked for Daewon Tax Accounting Corp, where he gained extensive experience in tax consulting for large foreign companies (Amway, ABB, Apple, Autodesk, Gambro Solution, Sanofi Pasteur, etc.), HR Admin Support, and Foreign Entities Setup. He joined Yehsung in 2009 and serves various U.S. and European clients.
He has distinct experiences, and Yehsung provides foreign clients with well-organized tax and accounting services.
When he was in Australia as a foreigner, he felt that a trivial issue for residents may be an overwhelming challenge for foreigners. When he first worked for the non-profit association that helps and supports expats in South Korea, he realized their difficulties were due to language barriers and cultural differences in Korea. Those experiences drive him to specialize in tax and accounting services tailored to expats running businesses in Korea.

Matthew Bae is a partner and management director of the international taxation team at Yehsung.
He previously worked for Deloitte Korea (Former Arthur Andersen) and worked for Daewon Tax Accounting Corp. At that time, he provided various tax-accounting services with American and European MNEs(Audi, BMW, IBM, Merck, etc.) and FDIs in Korea.
He joined Yehsung in 2009 and serves various multinational clients such as BMW Financial Services Korea, BMW Insurance Services Korea, Multivac Korea, etc.
While working for an international school, he experienced Western cultures, which moved him to work for FDIs in Korea. Therefore, after acquiring a CTA license, he joined foreign-client-based accounting firms such as Deloitte Korea and Daewon Tax Accounting Corp. and performed tax services (Corporate setup, Tax Due diligence, Transfer Pricing Analysis, etc.). At that time, he learned and experienced various financial practices for MNES.
He currently provides tax and accounting services ( bookkeeping, payroll, monthly HQ reporting, preparing VAT and Corporate income Tax returns etc.) to various small and medium-size FDI companies in various business fields (Pharmaceutical, IT, Permanent magnetic, Custom Inert Gas Enclosure, etc.)
